ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent - Tahsildar, Madanapalle Mandal, Annamayya District, in not considering the petitioners representations for mutation of her name in respect of the agricultural situated in Sy.No.415/2, extent Ac.1.30 cents, situated
at Bandameedakammapalle Revenue Village, Madanapalle Mandal, illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently, direct the 3rd Respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, duly taking into account the Original Pattadar Passbook, Title Deed issued in 1997, and RTl documents under Section 6-A of the Act, and mutate the petitioner's name in all relevant revenue records including ROR-IB, Adangal/Pahani, and E-Passbook, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court Pass such other or further orders…..”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application/representation dated 13.08.2025 for mutation of her name in revenue records based on the succession. 4. On perusal of the documents filed in the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner has made only representation, but has not filed any application under Form-6A. 5.
Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an online application under Form 6A seeking mutation of her name in respect of the subject property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such

representation/application in Form 6A, the respondent authorities shall consider the same after issuing notice to the petitioner, and all other stakeholders by conducting a detailed enquiry. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one month. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed. ___________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
