learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Jyothiratna Anumolu, learned junior standing counsel for respondents 2 to 5.
2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 to 5 in not considering the application dated 16.04.2025, as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application to respondents 3 to 5 not to accord any power connection/ service connection in respect of the property in Sy.No.809A (old Sy.No.869) and Sy.Nos.808, Nellore Bit-ll, Near Children’s Park, Nellore City. However,

2 without considering the said representation, the 3 to 5 respondents are contemplating releasing the power connection. Learned standing counsel submitted written instructions of the Assistant Executive Engineer. The written instructions read as follows;

“It is to submit that the no new service connections were given by this office in the land of petitioner. Further it is to submit that no one has applied for new service in the premises of petitioner’s land. Requesting not to issue any new service connections in his properties already filed W.P.No.8921 of 2024 and the hon’ble court has given directions. Based on the directions this office has not given any new service connection on the above petitioner’s property premises” Given the above instructions, the grievance of the petitioner that the authorities intend to give a new service connection to the aforementioned property is misconceived. No further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
