Rizwan Mansuri @ Chhotu Tiger) arising out of Case Crime No. 203 of 2022, under Sections 387, 452, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Konch, District- Jalaun as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 25.9.2023, pending in the Court of Special Judge (DAA), Jalaun at Orai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
