Learned counsel for the petitioner presses for a hearing in the present writ petition. 2. As an order of remand has already been passed by the Magistrate, it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner / detenu for invoking appropriate remedy under law. 3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to exercise his rights in accordance with law against the order of remand as well as such other proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
