For illegal occupation of the aforesaid house , the recovery order has been issued against the petitioner on 24.3.2025. The property in respect of which impugned notice issued is situated at Lucknow and the impugned order has been passed by a authority who is also at Lucknow. 3. In such view of fact no cause of action has accrued within the territorial jurisdiction of the Principal seat of the Allahabad High Court, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court.
