At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that process for grant of employment is underway before the respondents/Authorities in accordance with the prevailed policy, therefore, this petition may be disposed of with a direction to expedite the said process. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would not oppose the aforesaid limited prayer. 4. Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it fit to dispose of this petition and respondents/Authorities are directed to expedite the process for grant of employment in accordance with prevail policy and in accordance with law. Further, the concerned petitioner is directed to communicate with the Authorities within a period of 30 from this order and to complete requisite formalities. If the petitioner fulfills all the legal requirement as per respondent's policy, it is expected from the Authorities to issue appropriate order in an expeditious manner. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands disposed of. 3 6. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and concerned Authorities shall decide the matter in accordance with prevail policy/rule.
