The applicant/appellant has moved this application to correct his name in the appeal memo as well as the judgment of this court as “Irshad Mohd. s/o Dilshad Shaikh” instead of ‘Irshad Mohd. s/o Dilshad Mohd’. For which learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. He has also taken me through the claim application filed by the applicant before the Tribunal, as well as the Aadhar Card and disability certificate annexed with the said application. On perusal of the same, I found substance in his contention to correct his name. However, while passing the judgment of the Tribunal, it was wrongly mentioned as ‘Irshad Mohd. s/o. Dilshad Mohd.’ instead of “Irshad Mohd s/o. Dilshad Shaikh” and the same was carried forward in the appeal memo and judgment of this Court. 3. Considering the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The name of the applicant/appellant be corrected as “Irshad Mohd. s/o Dilshad Shaikh” in the appeal memo and judgment.
