Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State. 3. By the instant petition the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs: “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 1 to provide benefit of A.C.P. after counting services of the petitioners rendered in Basic Education Board. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 1 to decide representation dated 04.02.2025 (contained as Annexure no. 6 to the writ petition) of the petitioners within stipulated time framed by Hon’ble High Court. ” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this court dated 14.11.2024 passed in WPSS No. 2142 of 2024. 5. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. have not disputed this fact and submits that the issue as raised is covered by the aforesaid judgment. 6.
