As per Annexure-4 order, it seems that FSL report will be received within three weeks. If that be the case, the petitioner is free to file a fresh bail application after three weeks before the trial court. Therefore, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh bail application before the trial court, after three weeks from the date of Annexure-4 order.
