His case is that on completion of five years at the present place of posting, he submitted a representation dated 09.10.2024 (Annexure P-2) for his inter- district transfer to Education Block Rajgarh, District Sirmour, H.P., citing certain adverse circumstances and his 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - medical condition. His grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievances of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy/notification within a period of six weeks from today.
