This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 323, 504, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 306 of 2018. 3. The prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than three years and only four witnesses have been examined till date. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to take every endeavour to dispose of the trial within a period of nine months, failing which the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40526 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. 6. With the direction/observation aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
