(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to search the detenue namely Minor son Krish, DOB 21.03.2021, son of the petitioner, who has been illegally detained by respondents No. 4 to 6. Learned State counsel at the outset on instructions from Inspector Gagandeep Singh submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has already been redressed and the custody of detenue in question has been handed over to the petitioner on 14.05.2025, after producing him before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, SAS Nagar and report in this regard was duly recorded in rojnamcha in the concerned police station. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
