Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), for quashing of FIR No.0034 dated 06.03.2025 (P-1/T), under Section 103 read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 08.03.2025 (P-2) arrived at between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that investigation is still going on; therefore, he does not press the present petition, “at this stage”.
