Heard Sri Niraj Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.L.Gupta, learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner was working as Shiksha Mitra on contractual basis and he suffered with an inquiry vide order dated 6.10.2015 since he has committed a forgery in the voter list during verification while working as Block Level Officer, therefore, a direction was passed to take action against him. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances petitioner approached this Court by way of filing Writ Petition No.56175 of 2015 which was disposed of vide order dated 1.10.2015 to consider his case. 4. In pursuance of aforesaid order, District Magistrate, Jaunpur again relooked the matter and assigned reasons that petitioner was not diligent towards his duties and thereafter an order was passed to initiate inquiry against him. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, Village Education Committee adopted a resolution dated 9.10.2015 and on basis of above conduct of the petitioner, his services were terminated. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, petitioner again approached this Court by way of filing Writ Petition No.8155 of 2018 which was disposed of vide order dated 19.3.2018 to consider his case afresh. 7. In pursuance of aforesaid order, petitioner's case was again considered by District Magistrate, Jaunpur , however, allegations against the petitioner were found to be true. Relevant part of impugned order is reproduced hereinafter: "पतत्रावलली कत्रा परलीक्षण ककयत्रा गयत्रा। यत्राचली शली कवननोद कक मत्रार सससिंह दत्रारत्रा अपनन प्रत्यत्रावनदन मम मकख्य रूप सन इस आधत्रार पर कशिक्षत्राकमत पद पर बहत्रालली ककी मत्रामाँग ककयत्रा गयत्रा हहै कक कशिकत्रायत ससिंख्यत्रा 522 ककी जत्रामाँच आख्यत्रा, जनो सजलत्रा बनससक कशिक्षत्रा असधकत्रारली दत्रारत्रा कदनत्रासिंक 17.05.2016 कनो प्रस्तकत ककयत्रा गयत्रा हहै, मम यत्राचली कनो कनदर्दोष पत्रायत्रा गयत्रा हहै। सजलत्रा बनससक कशिक्षत्रा असधकत्रारली जजौनपकर ककी आख्यत्रा सन स्पष्ट हनोतत्रा हहै कक यत्राचली शली कवननोद कक मत्रार सससिंह , कशिक्षत्रा कमत, प्रत्रा०कव० कत्रान्हपकर, कव०ख० बरसठली जनपद जजौनपकर दत्रारत्रा कशिकत्रायत ससिंख्यत्रा 522 कदनत्रासिंक 28.01.2016 मम स्वयसिं कनो गत्राम पसिंचत्रायत कपलकन थकआ ककी मतदत्रातत्रा ससूचली मम अकनयकमततत्रा ककयन जत्रानन कत्रा दनोषली नहहीं मत्रानतन हहए कशिक्षत्रा कमत पद पर बहत्रालली ककयन जत्रानन ककी मत्रासिंग ककयत्रा गयत्रा हहै। जबकक सजलत्रा बनससक कशिक्षत्रा असधकत्रारली , जजौनपकर कनो प्रनकषत आख्यत्रा मम यत्राचली शली कवननोद कक मत्रार सससिंह ककी कशिकत्रायत कनो कनरत्राधत्रार बतत्रायत्रा हहै। गत्राम कशिक्षत्राकमत ककी ससिंकवदत्रा समत्राप्त कर दली गयली हहै। ऐसली सस्थकत मम यत्राचली शली कवननोद कक मत्रार सससिंह ककी कशिक्षत्राकमत पद पर बहत्रालली ककयत्रा जत्रानत्रा उकचत नहहीं हहै।" 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not committed any misconduct and entire responsibility ought to have been on the concerned Village Panchayat Officer. 9. Learned Standing Counsel has supported the impugned orders. 10. I have considered the above submissions and perused the records. 11. There are more than one inquiry report against the petitioner and in each inquiry, allegations against the petitioner are proved. 12. So far as subsequent inquiry by District Basic Education Officer is concerned, same cannot be considered to overturn the earlier inquiries. 13. Otherwise also, scheme of Shiksha Mitra has already been abandoned way back in the year 2010, therefore, presently relief sought cannot be granted. So far as dispute in respect of salary is concerned, if the petitioner has duly served as Shiksha Mitra, before any adverse order is passed against him, he is entitled to be paid honorarium for the same and for that he has to approach the concerned respondent. 14.
