Learned counsel appearing for both the parties would submit that as directed by this Court in its order dated 08.04.2025, the representatives of the complainant- Bank were present and in terms of the order dated 19.12.2019 passed under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6642-DB CCC No. 100084 of 2025 Security Interest Act, 2002, possession of the scheduled properties have been handed over to the complainant – Bank on 17.04.2025. 3. In the above circumstances, we are of the considered view that there is substantial compliance with the order of this Court and in view of the above submission, further proceedings in the present contempt petition are dropped.
