The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings of Case No.1199 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No.204 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nivadi, District Ghaziabad as well as the cognizance order dated 29.01.2016. 3. The counsel for the applicants submits that on 18.11.2016, the matter was remitted to the Mediation Centre with a direction to the applicant to deposit Rs.10,000/- with the Mediation Centre. However, the same has not been deposited by the applicant, till date, and the applicant is enjoying the interim order, since then. A request has been made by counsel for the applicant that the applicant is ready and willing to deposit the said amount, for which some time may be granted to him. 4. The applicant has shown no sincerity for mediation, but has purely abused the interim order of this Court, which he got, giving an impression to the Court that he sincerely wanted mediation. 5. Apart from it, I have gone into the merits of the instant application, and find that the instant application is devoid of any merit. 6. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed. 7.
