Sri Saranu Phani Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are paying pension to the petitioner, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
