The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and the order dated 13.07.2022 (ANNEXURE P/1) passed in Criminal Revision No. 08/2022 by First Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.), arising out of an KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 order dated 10.03.2022 (ANNEXURE P/2) passed in Misc. Cr. Complaint Case No. 383/2017 by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Saraipali, District Mahasamund (C.G.) may be set-aside. The petitioner prays for the quashment of the impugned orders Annexure P/1 and Annexure P/2 and further prays that the application filed u/s 91 of the Cr.P.C. by the applicant may be allowed, in the interest of justice.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Revision No. 08/2022, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court. 3.
