Case No.7 of 2012 by the judgment dated 30.05.2017, had preferred an appeal before this Court in Crl.A.No.308 of 2017 along with suspensin of sentence petition in Crl.M.P.No.7193 of 2017. This Court, by the order dated 22.06.2017, suspended the sentence and granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner from the year 2017 has been complying witht the condition deligently. The petitioner is a senior citizen, who is now with health ailments, has to visit the Doctor regularly and due to the condition imposed, he is facing difficulty to continue with the medical treatment and review as advised by the Doctor. The petitioner has deep social root and the petitioner will not be a reason for delay, as and when the appeal is taken for final hearing. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 4.Considering the submissions made and the fact that petitioner is aged about 68 years, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed.
