The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to release the ACP Amount group insurance, fund, leave encashment and revise her pension in favour of petitioner. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 23.04.2025 given by petitioner." 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the petitioner was working as Safai Karamchari under the respondents and has died on 15.6.2019, however, the claim with regard to ACP amount, group insurance, fund and leave encashment etc. have not been decided by the respondents. In this respect, the petitioner has filed representation dated 23.4.2025 before the respondent no. 2, however, till date no order has been passed. 3. Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 submits that representation dated 23.4.2025 of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by respondent no. 2 in accordance with law in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby directed that representation dated 23.4.2025 of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by respondent no. 2 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
