This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering into the petitioners’ peaceful possession and enjoyment of the agricultural land in an extent of Ac.0.72 cents of each of the petitioner's in Survey Number 227 of Mangamuru Revenue village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District for the allotment of house site pattas to the weaker section peoples under the “Navaratnalu Pedlandariki Illu” scheme. 3.
