1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief:
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.10.07 11:23:46 +0530
2 and quash the order dated 23/3/2023 passed by First Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Dist. Balrampur-Ramanujganj, (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 07/2023 for the offence under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code in respect of Cr.No. 366/2022 in PS Ramanujganj, Dist. Balrampur-Ramanujganj, which is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur Place Ramanujganj, (C.G.) in Cr. Case No. 672/2022, in the interest of justice.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 672/2022, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated
21.04.2025.
3. Accordingly, instant CRMP is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Sd/-
