Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the Petitioners, a case in Crime No.125 of 2022 of Chilakaluripet Rural Police Station was registered against the unofficial respondents for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law, if so advised. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
