This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in completing the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.205/2020 on the file of Tuni Town Police Station, Tuni as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within the time period fixed by the Hon'ble High Court before Additional Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Tuni.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that by the date of filing of the present Writ Petition, investigation was pending for want of RFSL Report. As on the date, the investigation might have been completed. 3. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to conclude the investigation and file a report, in accordance with the law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
