Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were Group-D employees at Coochbehar Zilla Regulated Market Committee and not their husbands. In paragraph 2 of the order dated 2nd April, 2025 it was advertently recorded that 2 the husbands of the petitioners were Group-D employees at Coochbehar Zilla Regulated Market Committee and their husbands retired from service on superannuation during the years 2016-2019. Paragraph 2 of the order dated 2nd April, 2025 shall read as follows: “The petitioners’ claim that they were Group-D employees at Cooch Behar Zilla Regulated Market Committee. It is the specific case of the petitioners that they retired from the service on superannuation during the years 2016 – 2019.” Let the error be rectified.
