The applicants herein have filed the present application u/s 528 BNSS for quashing of the entire of Complaint Case No. 1933 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kasganj, District Kasganj. 3. Sri Pankaj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants on his instructions seeks to withdraw the present application wherein challenge has been raised with liberty to file fresh on account of technical inherent defects. However, he submits that the certified copy be returned subject to furnishing of the photocopy. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the document which has been filed subject to furnishing of the photocopy.
