1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and quash the impugned order dated Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2025.10.09 19:14:20 +0530
-2- 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No. 2 and relieving order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P- 2) passed by respondent no. 3, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a mandamus directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the present place of posting, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue mandamus directed the respondent authorities to consider the pending application and to grant Samayman Vetanman, 7th pay scale and joining of the patwari halka at the earliest, in the interest of justice. 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit, however, he submits that at this stage grievance of the petitioner as ventilated in this writ petition would be redressed if the petitioner is permitted to prefer a detailed representation before the concerned competent authority ventilating his grievance as raised in this writ petition and in turn, the said authority is directed to consider and decide the representation expeditiously within a specified time. 3.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. If the petitioner submits fresh representation ventilating his grievance, it will be considered and decided by the competent authority in
-3- accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the concerned competent authority of the respondent-State within a period of four weeks and, in turn, concerned competent authority is directed to consider and decide the representation to be submitted by the petitioner within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation. /- Sd/- Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Praveen
