Hon'ble Shri Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Amitendra Kishore Prasad , Judge Order on Board Per Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice 10.10.2025 RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 1 Heard Ms. Khushboo Dua, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Saumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer for the State. 2 The petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayers:- “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned charge sheet dated 21.03.2022 & F.I.R. dated 14.02.2022 registered U/s 498-A of IPC against the applicant, in the interest of justice.” 3 At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks the gracious permission of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the present petition, submitting that the charge-sheet in the matter has already been filed against the petitioner on 21.03.2022. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that there is no interim relief or stay order operating in favour of the petitioner as on date. 4 Conversely, the learned counsel representing the State contends that, according to the current status reflected on the trial’s electronic portal, the case has been scheduled specifically for the presentation of the prosecution’s evidence. 5 Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3 6 However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to law, if so advised. 7 The Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned trial Court.
