1. The instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondents No.5 and 6.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to look into the representation dated 23.04.2025 (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioner at the earliest and take appropriate steps as may be required under the law so that his life and liberty may not be jeopardized.
