JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts otice for respondent. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 01.09.2025 produced at Annexure-B and to consider the application /revision as per the order/direction of this Hon’ble Court in WP No.101831/2022 in accordance with law in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Grant any other order or relief deemed fit in the circumstances of the case. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by this Court in WP No.101831/2022 and the representation submitted by the petitioner on 01.09.2025, the respondent has not taken any action. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13457 WP No. 107163 of 2025 4. Whenever any representation is submitted by a citizen to an authority, the authority is required to pass necessary orders on the representation either accepting or rejecting the representation within a reasonable period of time. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2025 at Annexure-B and pass necessary orders in relation thereto in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
