Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the matter. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus/appropriate writ or issue a suitable order/direction the respondents to issue/circulate the pension and all other consequential benefits of the petitioner from his initial date of appointment 05/03/1985, of which he is entitled. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was engaged as daily wage employee by Respondent No. 3 on 05.03.1985 and since then he continously worked as daily wage employee and considering his past service, he was regularized vide order dated 26.04.1997 along with other employees. She contended that petitioner stood retire from the post of Revenue Sub- Inspector on 03.07.2024 after attaining age of superannuation (62 years), however, he has not been paid pension. She contended that Finance Department of the State of Chhattisgarh issued a letter for payment of pension to the regularized daily wage employees who were engaged prior to 01.01.1989. Petitioner thereafter had submitted representation before respondents-authorities on 09.01.2025, however, till date no decision has been taken and therefore at this stage Respondent No. 3 be directed to take decision on the pending representation within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the grievance of petitioner is against Respondent No. 3 to whom he is not representing. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner as also the documents as enclosed along with writ petition, in particular, Annexure P-7 which is letter dated 23.08.2018 issued by the Finance Department of State of Chhattisgarh, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation of petitioner dated 09.01.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Petitioner shall be at liberty to move fresh representation along with copy of this order to be served to Respondent No. 3 raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition.
