Davidu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri D. Davidu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the V.C & Managing Director (FAC), Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Limited, Vijayawada, dated 18.12.2025 along with material documents. Copies of it are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. The above mentioned Written Instructions would indicate that the bills have already been uploaded on the CFMS Portal and are awaiting fund clearance. 4. Since the net amount involved is only Rs.49,924/-, and the bills are already uploaded on the CFMS Portal, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, including Respondent No.4, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by mutual cooperation and coordination within a 3 period of two (02) weeks from today, and to transfer the amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a week thereafter. 5. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of one week from today. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
