The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation Jaunpur to decide the revision No. 1342 of 2023, (Ram Loutan and Others Vs. Raghunath and Others) under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act is pending since 2023 within stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that revision filed on 13.4.2023 under Section 48 of the U.P.C.H. Act by private respondents against the order dated 27.3.2023 is pending before respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur in which petitioner is opposite party No.1. He further placed the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the aforementioned revision after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties expeditiously preferably within period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
