This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No 2 and 3 in not providing police aid in implementing the judgment in O.S. No.38 of 2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Mangalagiri through the petitioner's has made a complaint dated 10.03.2020 before the respondents as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and

consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide police aid in implementing the orders of Civil Court passed in O.S.No.38 of 2013.”
2. Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondents – Police may be directed to provide Police aid in connection with the orders passed in O.S.No.38 of 2013. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous since the Petitioner filed Execution Petition under Order XXI Rule 35 CPC seeing delivery of possession over the property and the same is pending before the competent Court. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the Executant Court where The E.P is pending. There shall be no order as to costs.
