By aforesaid interim order, the 2nd respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 21.01.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks. While passing the said order, the writ Court had also referred to the factum of recommendation made by the 6th respondent therein for consideration of the petitioners’ 2 grievance. 3. A counter has been filed by the respondents, inter alia, stating that the representation of the petitioners has now been considered and disposed of vide Memo No.2960365/FIN01- HR0PDPP/179/2025-HR-I, dated 12.09.2025. In the said memo, it has been stated that the petitioners’ request for regularization is yet to be examined, depending on their eligibility, and the same would be considered with other similarly situated persons who are eligible and contract employees, as per G.O.Ms.No.114, Finance (HR-I Plg. & Policy) Department, dated 21.10.2023. 4. Since the matter is now actively being considered by the respondents and that in compliance of the interim order, the representation of the petitioners has been disposed of by aforesaid memo, though belatedly, this Court finds that the interim orders have been duly complied with and the contempt case deserves to be dismissed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
