This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 27.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions, Court No.15, Muzaffar Nagar in Sessions Trial No.952 of 2014 (State Vs. Hansraj and others), arising out of Case Crime No.120 of 2014, under Sections 302/149, 307/149, 147, 148, 504 I.P.C. and in Sessions Trial No. 853 of 2014 (State Vs. Kapil @ Sachin @ Neetoo), arising out of Case Crime No.124 of 2014, under Sections 25 Arms Act, Police Station-Phugana, District-Muzaffar Nagar and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant-Kapil @ Sachin @ Neetoo is imprisonment of life for the offence under Section 302/149 I.P.C. The rest of the sentences are lesser sentences and all the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently. 3. By means of the jail report, it has been brought on record that the appellant-Kapil @ Sachin @ Neetoo died in jail on 04.07.2024. 4.
