Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the respndent company to re-consider the case/application of the petitioner for grant of appointment to the post of Office Assistant Grade-III on compassionate basis. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in light of the circular dated 30.07.2013 within stipulated time period.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition on merits, but is only seeking direction to respondent no. 1, to take decision on pending representation within specified time. 3. Counsel for respondents submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition and is only seeking direction to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration, nature of grievances raised in this writ petition, documents enclosed along with this writ petition and also considering representation submitted by petitioner before respondent no. 1 is pending consideration, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 1 to take decision on pending representation Annexure P-01 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of order of this Court. 3 5.
