JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice to the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a businessman operating under the name “Sai Caterers” in Nippani, in catering services. In accordance with the Government Order dated 04.03.2024 issued by Respondent No.2, the petitioner provided catering services for a Government program conducted on 12.03.2024. This event was intended to provide information regarding Government Guarantee Schemes. 4. For the purpose of executing the catering work, the petitioner bore the expenses from his own resources. Following the completion of services, he submitted a bill dated 12.03.2024 amounting to ₹.7,76,000/-, which was duly approved and sanctioned for payment by the competent authorities, namely Respondent Nos.1 and 2. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8676 WP No. 104182 of 2025 5. However, despite repeated requests and representations, the said amount has not been released, resulting in financial hardship to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 6. Learned AGA representing the State submits that the representation so made by the petitioner would be considered if reasonable time is granted. Under the circumstances, I pass the following: ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025, as per Annexure-C and pass suitable orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
