GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action 2 of the respondents 2,3 for not considering petitioners representations, dated 11.6.2022, 14.06.2022 and 3.7.2022 and not taking action against the respondents 4 to 8, who are threatening of life with dare consequences on petitioner, as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents authorities 2,3 to register FIR on report of the petitioner dated 11.6.2022, 14.06.2022 and 3.7.2022 against the respondents 4 to 8” 2. Heard Sri Vara Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint made by the petitioner, the police have not registered any crime on the ground that the matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
