This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 in respect of the suit schedule property in 0.S.No.1/2023 and 3/2023 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal and insisting the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the respondent No.5 and further threatening to irhplicate in false criminal cases as arbitrary, illegal, beyond jurisdiction and violation of Articles 14 86 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and compel the petitioner to withdraw the suits in O.S.No.l/2023 and O.S.No.3/2023 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal without following due process of law in the interest of justice.”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
