Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that admittedly, all the petitioners were appointed on the post of Lower Division Clerk after 20.12.2000, therefore, according to Hon’ble Full Bench decision, in case of Ravi Shankar Kumar Vs. the State of Bihar, through the Chief Secretary & Ors. along with other analogous cases, reported in 2025 SCC Online Pat 2627, they are entitled for the pay scale of Rs.3050 -Rs.4590/- . He further submits that the issue decided by Hon’ble Full Bench in case of Ravi Shankar Kumar (supra) have been challenged in SLP (C) No.38217 of 2025. 3. Counsel further submits that one another CWJC having same issue has been decided by this Hon’ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.8560 of 2024 dated 20.02.2026 granting liberty to the petitioners that in case, the above named S.L.P.(C) No.38217 of 2025 decided in favour of other similarly situated person, then the petitioners by way of filing an application shall revive this writ petition. 4. On the basis of submissions made, counsel for the State has no objection. 5. In the light of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners and the observations made by this Hon’ble Court Patna High Court CWJC No.7293 of 2025(2) dt.31-03-2026 6/6 in C.W.J.C. No.8560 of 2024 which states as follows:- “In this background, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioners that in case, the above named S.L.P.
