The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 17/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 47(a), 47(e) & 55 of the Jharkhand Excise Act, pending in the Court of Sri R. K. Pandey, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 12.01.2025 at about 4:00 A.M., house of one Ishwar Saw was raided and on search huge quantity of bottles & labels of english liquor were recovered. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner had gone to the house of his brother-in-law, from where he was apprehended. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri R.
