Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for the Appellant. 2. The present application under Section 419 (4) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is filed challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the court of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun in Complaint Case No.134 of 2013, “Shri Nandan Mittal Versus Shri Ramkumar Aggarwal and others”” whereby the accused/respondents have been acquitted under Sections 494, 420 and 120B of IPC. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellant, the present matter needs deliberation, this Court is satisfied that the Appellant has made out a prima facie case warranting consideration. Special leave to appeal is granted. 4. The application is treated as an appeal and is admitted. 5. Issue notice to the Respondent Nos.1 to 6. Steps to be taken within a week. 6.
