ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the aggrieved by the action of the 2nd Respondent in connecting the petitioners in civil disputes and insisting to pay money to 3rd parties in connection with their sale transactions as illegal, irregular, arbitrary violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent not to interfere into the civil disputes and pass…”
2. Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that, the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties and never insisted to pay money to 3rd parties in connection with their sale transactions.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
