The petitioner in the instant (second) petition is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.178 dated 10.07.2024 under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 of the IPC (Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station Kaithal, Sadar, District Kaithal. 2. At the outset, wheb a pointed query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether there had been any material change in circumstances subsequent to the dismissal of the petitioner's previous petition wherein similar relief had been sought, she was unable to bring to satisfy this Court qua any such material change in circumstances which would warrant accepting the prayer of the counsel for extending the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
