2. Heard Ms. P.V.S.Harika, learned counsel representing Sri P.Rajesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, would submit that Respondent No. 2 received the representation of the petitioner and forwarded the same to Respondent No. 3. Respondent No. 3 made several efforts to secure the presence of the petitioner to address the complaints, but the petitioner did not turn up. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
