In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondent authority to issue a no objection certificate for using R.S. Plot No. 6007 for the purpose of establishing a Bangla Sahayata Kendra (Bangla Assistance Centre) which, according to the petitioner, is a vacant land belonging to the Public Works Department. The grievance of the petitioner is that no decision on such representation has been communicated to the petitioner till date. Needless to mention that such reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed by the said respondent as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation dated 29th of January, 2024.
