GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “..to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 5th & 6th Respondents in interfering with the Civil disputes in respect of the property in Pavan Sai Apartment, Flat No.GF-4, Door No.1-217, Ambedkar Road, Ramarajya Nagar, Vijayawada, Krishna District, wherein the petitioner living along with mother, wife and children of him, and also calling the petitioner to the police station without any cause or registration of crime and made to sit in the police station as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to Article 14, 19 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.5 & 6 not to call the petitioner to their police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and made to sit in the police station and not to interfere with the Civil disputes in respect of above said property and pass...” 3 2.
