Mr. Anup Kumar Das, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is entitled for grant of bail on three important grounds: (i) grounds of arrest have not been furnished, (ii) there is contradictory material against the applicant which would completely demolish the prosecution’s case and (iii) long incarceration. 2. The Court, however, finds that in the order dated 30.04.2025, whereby the applicant’s application was rejected by the Special Court, some of the grounds were not agitated. 3. At this stage, Mr. Das seeks liberty to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the special judge to file a fresh application on all available grounds.
