Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that based on the complaint lodged by respondent No.4, a case in Crime No.283 of 2022 was registered by respondent Police against the Petitioners herein, after complete of investigation charge sheet is filed before the concerned Trial Court. The respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes of the Petitioners, respondent police did not retain the passport of petitioner No.3 and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission this writ petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are 3 directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
